My Mom and stayed the first weekend of Jan. 2018 - the hotel was under construction at the time, but the place was cool, clean and the staff was super nice and friendly. Free trolley to downtown area was chill and my Ubers had no issues finding the hotel's location.

The hotel was good overall.
I asked the GSA to print some tickets for me, but the young man told me the printer was broken. That is understandable, but he did not offer to print it from their office nor suggested a nearby place to print my tickets. I've worked in hotels, we train all staff to go above and beyond to leave a great experience for all guests. Unfortunately, their service needs some update. GSA lacks personality, not personable, lacks knowledge....
Great Staff and location!
The staff is always so nice - this was our second time in a month staying at this hotel. Angelo at the front desk is always happy, kind, helpful and willing to go above and beyond to ensure we have a great stay. The valet team is always fast and the pool and gym are really nice. We had a great room the first time with a parking lot view, but oversized balcony and this time we got the pool view - we loved both. Thanks!

The location is excellent. The staff is gracious and helpful. The neighborhood seems perfect for exercise walking or just a stroll. The art in the public areas and halls is delightful. The mattress was comfortable and the bathroom nicely appointed and spacious.
The room was a bit cramped for a king bed, with the small desk area's chair blocking the floor at the foot of the bed if anyone sat in it. And the electrical wiring is quirky: turning off the unmarked "master" switch (one of two by the door that happens to turn off the electricity to every outlet and other switch in the room, including the bathroom -- very inconvenient if you turn it off by accident, as we did during daylight hours, thinking it controlled nothing); it also turns off electricity to the smoke detector, possibly a code violation. We informed the front desk of the problem.
When I did my check in I’ve requested a double bed room, but front desk said they were completely sold out and was the only room available. At 2.30pm aprox, I couldnt connect to wifi they said everything was ok and was my 3 phones and my computer problem BUT they will try to check it. I went to the mall and 3 hours later nobody did anything. Before leaving to the mall, 2:30pm aprox I requested a plunger because water on the toilet was running, they said somebody will come and mix it, again, 3 hours later toilet was sames as I left. At 7pm aprox I called front desk for blankets and sheets for the sofa, they brought only 2 sheets because that was everything they had, no blankets no pillows. At 7.30/8pm I left for some dinner and requested to fix the bathroom, they said they will try because the front desk person was the only one available that night and has to do everything (same answer was given by valet/bell boy at 2pm that we arrived). Today I woke up 5am and had to use the bathroom but again, water was running and I had to go personally to front desk to request a plunger so I can mix it by myself, they finally gave me the plunger to do something so easy requested almost 12 hours ago. Do I deserve to pay yo $250 for this room and service???????? Please let me know because really your service is a disaster.

Staff was extremely rude. He told us that the elevator was not work and told us to take the stairs. After looking for stairs in their junky backyard for 10 mins, a guest told us the way to the stairs. The parking is $30 per night. It's overpriced for a hotel that doesn't have a bathtub or gym or hot tub. Breakfast was also not included. It's over rated. Avoid if you can.

Our booking information was lost so when we got there we had no room. They were also full so we got to call around for an hour to find another hotel. The receptionist was not helpful, only saying that she didn't have our information and that they were fully booked. Only when asked did she look up another hotel for us, for $100 more a night.
