Cons (-) Hotel Panorama is systematically doing overbooks (booking more rooms than Hotel Panorama has available) and sending the exceeding guests to Hotel Primera (located in a busy area, not a comparable hotel). Cons (-) When I arrived they could not find my reservation and told me to come back a few hours later when a manager was in. This was 10am. When I came back they told me i could not have a standard seaview room, but instead only a tiny dirty interior room with one tiny window no more than 1ft x 1ft. The room also appeared to have no a/c.
