Pros: Lorenzo & Bernadetta were such wonderful hosts! They were so kind and helpful, they truly made our stay so much better than we could've ever imagined! We felt like family. With their suggestions we had probably the best meal in three weeks of traveling through Italy/Sicily. We can't wait to comeback and stay with them :)
Cons: No complaints, our only regret is that we didn't stay longer :(
Pros: Everything was great. Bernadette was a great and wonderful host. She took care of our every need. We can't thank her enough for her kindness and attention to our needs.
Pros: Lorenzo was very warm and friendly. The restaurant he recommended was very good. Jemma the maid was sweet and served us good breakfast.
Pros: Bernadette is efficient, welcoming, attentive and very professional.
Pros: The property was bright and very clean. It was very colourful and very nicely fitted out. Bernadette was lovely and couldn’t do enough to help us.
Pros: The place was surprisingly stylish and roomy! Great wallpaper!! Super comfy bed, and a really nice bathroom with large shower! But what really makes this place is Bernadette. She checked us in, completely set us up, made reservations at a wonderful restaurant around the corner, and took such great care of us.
Cons: Well, downtown Calabria is a bit odd. It feels desolate at night, and then there is this amazing little B&B and this exceptional, slow-food restaurant. We were flying out of the airport, which is close by, otherwise, I'm not sure why one would end up here.
Pros: We walked from the r/w station feeling a little daunted by the messy street into the paradise that was Pellicano. It had all the features of a hotel but with the intimacy of a Bed and Breakfast. Really vivacious staff especially Lorenzo and Bernadette who gave information discussed current events and made us feel like they were interested in us.
Cons: Loved it all but suggest if coming from the r/w station to ignore google maps and walk via Corso Garibaldi
Pros: Perfect big apartment. I would stay there again.
Cons: Nothing. Perfect place.
Pros: The location is very good, the owner was very welcoming. Also the place itself was cosy and modern and suited all our wishes.

Pros: Giuseppe is the best host ever ;-) Never been welcomed and treated so friendly!! The B&B is super centrally located! The brand new - fancy - stylish refinished rooms are great - and - our son especiall loved the additional gadgets ... Playstation (Giuseppe even adapted the language for him!!) - Netflix and we....loved the 24/7 Nespresso as special treat!! For breakfast we learned to enjoy „GRANITA“ - more or less icecream with brioche - my men loooved that ;-) THANKS SO MUCH Giuseppe - you‘re the best!!!
Pros: I loved everything
Cons: Nothing I did not like
Pros: Wonderful host owner very personal service lovely bnb
Cons: Breakfast choice was very minimal compared to other properties we stayed.
Pros: Excellent room with air conditioning a very comfy bed and lovely bathroom. Giuseppe was an excellent host and ensured our stay was very relaxing and recommended an excellent restaurant.
Cons: Nothing, it was lovely
Pros: Giuseppe was a great host, very helpful which made our stay very pleasant. Great location, park d our car our front and walked everywhere .
Pros: Giuseppe went above and beyond in service. He managed free parking on the street for us. When we forgot our room key, he drove and found us walking, delaying his skiing. When I complained about our rental GPS directing us to a defunct ferry terminal, he volunteered and took it to Enterprise and exchanged it for a new one. He is also friendly and informative about anything Italy or Reggio.
Cons: Nothing. It was great, especially the location. A tip - go half a block to Garibaldi street on Saturday night and join the throngs promenading.
Pros: Great choice! Great Landord - Giuseppe! Amazing mattress , amazing duvet, amazing pillow. Espresso machine right outside the room. Breakfast right opposite in the cafe ! Try it!
Pros: Flawless. Incredible city location. Host went above and beyond: breakfast at different cafes, discount at dinner restaurants, took our laundry and had it done for good price, showed up often to check onus, etc.
Cons: All great.
Pros: Excellent in every respect Giuseppe, the Manager was helpful in every way. Secure.

Pros: We had a long stay at the Hotel Continental, and we couldn’t be happier about our choice. As we didn’t speak Italian very well, the whole staff was very kind to help us trough comunicacional in English. The room (suite) was excellent, very clean, with a great space for the guests, and also a good shower. The view at this room is just fantastic. The staff is always ready to help. We highly recommend the Hotel Continental.
Pros: The view from the room was excellent! In breakfast was tasty coffee. Quiet place.
Cons: Rooms should be cleaned better and every day. Breakfast should have more variety of meat, cheese, eggs and vegetables, not only sweets.
Pros: Situated five minutes from the lungomare and 10 minutes from the Corso, this hotel has excellent service. The workers are polite and helpful. Perfect launchpad to explore Reggio, Scilla, and the Aspromonte Mountains.
Pros: The personel is the biggest value of the hotel. Everyone was always helpful and smiling, responding immediately to all requests. I also enjoyed the atmosphere in the hotel. The breakfast is very good, with excellent coffee, fresh fruits, soya milk, cereals and a great variety of cakes. The hotel is also very clean. The wi-fi connection is very good. The hotel also acts as intermediary of organised trips to Sicily (ask in the reception).
Cons: Some minor defects occurred during my 7 days stay, such as a hairdryer falling off the wall or a leaking toilet flush, but all were fixed immediately. The hotel is also a bit out of the center of Reggio, but it is still in a walking distance (approx. 10-15 minutes). In return, the proximity of the ferry to Sicily might be an advantage.
Pros: The staff is very nice! Breakfast is huge!
Cons: The quite tall step between the shower and the bathroom floor
Pros: breakfast great and location very close to ferry terminal.

Pros: The hotel is located close to the museum and the main street, which is really nice. Breakfast is good – lot of cakes and also prosciutto and chees and a lot of fruits. Good coffee. Big and comfortable room.
Cons: View from the room- on the ugly, old buildings.
Pros: The hotel is located close to the museum and the main street, which is really nice. Breakfast is good – lot of cakes and also prosciutto and chees and a lot of fruits. Good coffee.
Cons: View from the room- on the ugly, old buildings.
Pros: The wonderful views! Staff were quietly efficient and welcoming. We enjoyed the breakfast.
Pros: Location was great
Cons: Dated furnishings paid extra for suite with view only to have trees blocking sea, tried to overcharge us with breakfast room service
Pros: Very central location : right opposite the wonderful archeological museum, near the sea front ... with views from the windows and only one street away from the main shopping street. Our room was large and comfortable as was the bathroom. Lots of hot water & towels. Breakfast was good with a lot of choices.
Cons: The lobby bar didn’t open while we were there which was a shame : it stood appealingly in the corner of the lobby with drinks displayed but no one to serve them. A major hotel shouldn’t have unopened/unmanned facilities.
Pros: A delightful hotel, with wonderfully professional staff, who were kind, helpful, and attentive, without ever being annoyingly deferential. A real delight. The view of Etna from the fifth floor was alone worth the price of the room.
Cons: My only tiny criticisms, is that the bar clearly shut at 11 (although a kind member of staff was able to secure me the mineral water I wanted), and the fact that on the first morning it was hard to get water from the shower that wasn't either tepid or completely scalding. For some reason this was not a problem on the second day of my stay.
Pros: The receptionist, the sea view and the breakfest
Pros: Friendly staff, fast WiFi and good breakfast.
Cons: Can improve content in the minibar. A bit expensive restaurant.

Pros: Location, restaurant, rooms and staff. From checking in with lovely welcoming Manuela to dinner and breakfast served by Salvatore this was a fantastic find. My friend and I wanted a manicure and pedicure at 545 on Sat night. Manuela’s sister rang around and sent us to a place 3 mins away where we had perfect service and where the staff stayed back until 7pm to help us out. Dinner in the restaurant was delicious and we went on our way to the ferry next day full of a very yummy breakfast.
Pros: Manuela who is responsible of hotel desk very helpful and friendly women. Generally hotel was good enough for business trip.
Pros: Thanks to Stefano - guy at the reception for all his help and sense of humor. Location is very convenient and no problems with parking space at all.
Cons: A hotel is very outdated and shabby and it doesn't quite match 4 stars to my opinion
Pros: Walkable. from railway, but fair walk from Restaurants and cafes.
Cons: Ignored at front desk until IMPORTANT computer work done, room large but used as storage for huge wardrobe.
Pros: Great location close to bus stops and en route to airport. Good breakfast. Good value for money.

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff. Large and comfortable apartment with well equipped kitchenette. Balcony with view on sea and the Etna. Decent breakfast. Fast wi-fi. Secure parking. Very good cafeteria -bakery downstairs and delicatessen store across the street.
Cons: Difficult to find. Like in many towns, no names in the streets. Not very nice neighborhood but we felt safe in the street, even in the evening.

Pros: The place is a construction site
Pros: Location, staff and meals
Cons: 100 stairs up to the hotel from ground level
Pros: located in the center and close to the archeological museum. Breakfast was fine. You could see partial view of the see and Sicily.
Cons: Hard to find the building entrance, you have to drive through dirty , smelly road to get to it. It was not very clean . Seemed old and carpets where dusty.

A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours), and free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: The staffs are friendly and helpful.
Cons: My living experience in this hotel was terrible. Many power failure events occurred, especially during the night. A very noisy alarm came with the power failure, which made me unable to fall asleep. In the end, I only managed to sleep four hours for the first day. In the following days, Wi-Fi failed many times and each time for half a day. Not slipper, toothpaste and tooth brush were provided just because they were out of stock. Many facilities are broken in the room, such as hair dryer and strongbox.
Pros: Gianmarco, the receptionist, was very kind and pleasant. The hotel had parking and was in a good location.
Cons: The property website states it "overlooks the waterfront" and "offers a tasty buffet breakfast" and has a "private beach" There is no view, no buffet breakfast and no private beach! The property is a bit weathered and needs better maintenance. Damaged floors, loose screws, handles falling off.....
Pros: Nice hotel, with a very good location close to train station and from lungomare and the city center. Clean and comfortable room.
Pros: The gentleman who helped us, Stefano I think.
He was the most helpful person I met on the whole trip.
Well above and beyond what might be expected.
Liked the dog, too!
Cons: Refrigerator not working.
Pros: Location very good at the beginning of lungo mare. Very clean, private parking. Very friendly staff (Geani) during night at the reception. Geanni gave us plenty of information what to visit in the area and looked up timeplans for trains and ferry.
Cons: During day horrible staff st the reception (we asked where to eat at 4pm and he sent us to their own restaurant - about 500m walk - to find out that its closed from midday until evening (7pm)). Room wasnt cleaned even though we left the cleaning sign on the door.
With a stay at Palace Masoanri's in Reggio Calabria, you'll be within a 5-minute walk of National Archaeological Museum of Reggio Calabria and Reggio di Calabria Promenade. Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk, luggage storage, and a safe deposit box at the front desk.
Pros: Great location with a sea view. Foyer and rooms need an upgrade. Rooms are dated and the foyer has so much potential to be a lovely area. Although check in wasn't until 2pm, we arrived at 8am in the morning and they had our room ready by 10am which was great.
Cons: Didn't have much toilet paper when we arrived, needed to ask for some.
Pros: Close to the sea, close to the railway station, close to the old town. Free parking awailable on the streets - hard to find a place in the evening tho.
Pros: It was fine for what we needed. Reception staff friendly and helpful. A/c worked well and room was clean and ready early. No traffic noise. Close to centre of town . Easy access with wheeled bags to train station.
Cons: I loathe shower curtains. This one was extraordinarily clean however.
Pros: An affordable room, and the staff were helpful. Conveniently placed for Archaeological Museum and for the ferry to Messina.
Cons: A long way from the railway station. Noisy air-conditioning made sleep difficult.
Pros: Good spot. Right in the center of the city. Close to Messina ferries.
Cons: Smelly bathroom Old pillows
Cons: It was dirty bed sheets were not clean and bathroom dirty too bed uncomfortable
