Summary of reviews

Guests say
Many guests were dissatisfied with the hotel's cleanliness, citing moldy smells, garbage, and even cockroaches, as well as a generally run-down or under-construction atmosphere. The service was often described as unhelpful or slow, especially regarding deposit returns and staff attitude. However, several reviewers appreciated the spacious and comfortable rooms, particularly those that had been recently renovated. Some guests found the beds comfortable and the rooms clean, and a few praised the value for the price. Overall, while the hotel is undergoing renovations and has significant issues, the upgraded rooms offer a positive experience for some guests.
