Stayed during COVID. Looked like the place was completely understaffed. Not fault of staff on site who were lovely. .
Room was okay but lack of windows going outside (they face into an atrium) was not great
Very comfortable bed with nice bedding. The breakfast was very generous and tasty. The room was quiet and a good size for two adults. Bathroom towels were enormous and super soft.
The room temperature could not be adjusted to low enough for a comfortable sleep- it was too warm all night. The 'in-room' coffee machine was not provided, and the coffee that came with breakfast was cold. Due to Covid-19 we were unable to open the balcony in our room to enjoy the view.
The friendly staff and how beautiful the hotel was.
The fact we paid full price for the room even though all amenities were closed due to COVID 19 and I had not been made aware previously.
The bed was super comfortable and I wish I had those pillows at home. It was very quiet despite being in the middle of the busy city. Loved the automatic blinds. Great to have wine glasses and champagne flutes so we could drink our wine in style rather than from bathroom cups. The swimming pool is small but great to have. We loved the sauna and went there 2 times during our 1 night stay. Breakfast had lots of choice and was tasty. The downstairs bar had great dumplings and espresso martinis. Staff weelre lovely offering help at the door and the reception staff were very kind and polite. 10/10 would stay again!
Nothing I didn't like. Everything was perfect.
Oversized junior suite with all those little 'attention to detail' extras that you don't expect, but which make a difference. Great location. Excellent breakfast. Comfy bed.
Beautiful hotel. Exceptionally well appointed and deserves its 5 star rating. My wife and I had a great anniversary weekend and were updated to a suite, with a staff member bringing complimentary desserts to our room which were personalised to say congratulations. 10/10
