Its super close to the mosque and great access to the shops aswell, including a supermarket like Tesco Express or Carrefour depending on what your uae to. Overall was a comfortable and clean hotel
The shower wasn't spotless but they came and cleaned it mmediately. I ordered lunch for my daughter, and room service menu i have come to learn over the years that they dont always state everything that's included in the meal, for example fries and you end up ordering fries and then the meal comes with fries as well as the extra you ordered. So i called to order food and the lady said do i want juice and salad, so i said just juice, she made it sound like it was part of the meal, as oppose to it being extra. When they came with the food and asked for more money i was confused. They tried to blame me rather then seeing where thwy are at fault.
Keep waiting at reception for so long time
They gave me wrong room form one night and 1 day if the 3 nights I reserved trying to convince me that no available rooms for 2 and give me quadruple room instead!! Solved in the 2nd night after third of my stay already finished:( Also the building is too old, toilets need to be changed, so old for large chain like yours compared to other 5 stars hotels
The usual service, cleanliness and location.
