Pros:Room clean, staff friendly and vibing good spirits. Thanks! Bathroom clean enough but tiling was chipped and needs scrubbing. Allowed us to change rooms so we could have a tub, which afforded us another queen bed. "Fitness center" and pool were the primary reason we chose this place over other local hotels, but the equipment is dated and minimally functional. Old 70's style weight stack units with athletic tape covering seats rips, noisy and lacking range of motion. I think they must have raided an old YMCA for barely functioning equipment. Pool was too cold to enter, hot tub closed. The large attached sports bar was nice to escape to after a long day of driving. Mostly full of friendly locals, full of cheap beer. They did have a draught list with at least ten selections. Breakfast at the attached diner was fairly decent, typical breakfast diner food, not included in the hotel stay. Challenging to walk across a busy highway to get to the local supermarket (Fred Meyer), but there are cross walks about 0.5 miles from the hotel entrance, I would suggest driving, especially if you are toting children.
