Pros (+) The staff was excellent; very helpful and friendly.
Cons (-) The concierge arranged for a mobility scooter for me, but she picked a guy who was just starting his business and couldn’t accept credit cards. Nobody warned me that I had to be prepared to pay $400 cash in advance for the scooter rental and security deposit.

Cons (-) Great resort facilities, but a 90 min. time share intro turned into 3 plus hours! Mazetlan and the surrounding area are interesting, so the 45 min. ride into the historic center of town is a bit of a pain. If you're looking for an all inclusive veg-out resort it's fine.
