Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's friendly and attentive staff, as well as its excellent location near the malecón and the beach. Many found the hotel clean and comfortable, with some enjoying the breakfast and pool area. However, several guests reported negative experiences with noise from nearby air conditioning units, cold or unheated pool water, and issues with breakfast variety and quality. Some also mentioned maintenance problems with plumbing and elevators. Overall, the positive service and location stand out, but improvements could be made in amenities and noise insulation.
