Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's onsen (hot spring baths), describing them as excellent, with a variety of pools and relaxing atmospheres. Many enjoyed the buffet meals and found both breakfast and dinner to be delicious and satisfying. The service was highlighted as friendly and attentive, especially for special occasions. Some guests appreciated the spacious rooms and retro charm, despite the building being older and undergoing renovations. While there were a few negative comments about cleanliness, bed comfort, and the presence of large groups, the overall experience was positive, with many guests recommending the hotel for its value, food, and onsen.
