Location, pool area
My room was practically in a night club and bounced one night (from 9pm until 7am and the hotel clearly knew this to be the case) ! It was not fit to be described as a place of rest and the hotel lacked integrity in disclosing this. When I complained nobody was interested and the hotel was happy to see me walk away unhappy (not really customer friendly). I am pursuing through Spanish trading standards and will not let this go....hotel looks dated like an 80's relic - shame as location good and pool areas lovely. As a customer tho I expect my issues to be taken seriously....

The staffs were really.. and mostly speaking German/English. They had really good breakfast which was included in the price. The swimming pool was nice and also offer a private sauna.. Worth staying!
