Pros:The sitting room by pool area.
Cons:The front desk clerks of this Riad have the worst customer service including the lady manager Kareema I've ever seen. Upon check in, they openly chided me for using "travel service company" to make my reservation and assigned me a tiny little room with a broken toilet and barely had any space to walk around the bed. Poor in room internet service. The hotel room wifi was not working. I had to come down to the front desk after midnight in the cold in order to use the internet. I left the hotel on the 2nd day despite paying for 3 nights. I couldn't take it the way they were moving me from room one to another. The main attractions are far from the hotel. I spent more than $40 a day on taxi to go the the main public square Djemaa El Fna and other attractions. I could have stayed at other Riads/hotel near the main attraction at much lower cost and save time and money and have more fun till way past midnight. The hotel breakfast is another joke. I believe, a disaster relief breakfast will be "Grand feast" compare to the hotel breakfast. There were few pieces old hard cakes , some butter out on a plate, some pita breads and coffee. Take it or leave it!!! I went out both days to have breakfast. This hotel is NOT for foreign tourists visiting Marrakesh to have a good time. If you add up the taxi fare and time, you will be better off staying at a Riad/Hotel at the main public square area and save money.
