Staff in reception area were rude. Housekeeping not very good, they do not change the towels, they just refold them and put them back, food is the same it doesn't change.

Room is nice
Pool is not heated enough we were not able to use the pool and the one which is covered is 15 euros the access ! and rates for hammam, spa are really too much expensive , rates like in Europe... Breakfast is basic and the staff is not acting professional, especially at the reception whare they are not smiling, wearing boots and uniforms sometimes too small. It looks really 2 star hotel.Only the housekeeper was acting professional when I told her that somebody had drunk my sprite in the minibar...it was replaced and apologies were given.We took also the shuttle to go to Marrakech. It left at 7.00pm and was supposed to come back to the hotel leaving at 9.00 pm from Marrakech but the driver told us 8.15 pm .taxi cost to come back 200dhs !

It was quiet and relaxing, a nice break from the hustle and bustle of the medina.
The website stated that the hotel had wi-fi throughout, which it didn't. Wi-fi was only useable in the public areas which was annoying.

Was a very relaxing place to go. Ideal for couples but also facilitate well for children.
Felt slightly mislead by the rom being advertised as 'Atlas Mountains view' but as we were on ground floor we couldn't see them. Twin room is 2 single beds together.
