Pros (+) Nothing! It was a dump! The room was a bunch of fly wood hammered together, literally! No insulation in the walls! The amenities are non-existent.

Cons (-) Mosquitoes every where, dirty rooms, no lights in room, dirty all over the room, poor quality service, poor quality tv and out dated, no wifi, no breakfast, towels in very bad condition as well as bed clothings, bugs in bed and in rooms, food stuck on cling lamps, it had missing light bulbs, mildew on ceiling and walls. Terrible stay, I could go on, not even 1 star...

Pros (+) great idea, floating rooms by the pier and beautiful view of the bay near marathon, if you like fun unique places and don't care about luxury it's a great affordable place near key west
