Pros (+) The hallways are marble encrusted and the staff is of course very helpful. The breakfast was very good and you get free room service for breakfast. The location is very good as its easy to go where ever you want to in Manila. A great hotel for a single guy or possible non-conservative couple coming to Manila.
Cons (-) They add a 10% room service charge for the non breakfast food but there's no option to get it yourself. Also I had an incident where I ordered a chicken sandwich. The sandwich was gross and didn't look like the picture. I had to fight with my partner for them not to charge me for it. The area is shady.
