Pros (+) The room was spotlessly clean. The cleaning staff were very friendly
Cons (-) The reception staff need to be really re-trained. It was the most peculiar situation I have come across. The bus person is also the receptionist. So you call for the bus and the receptionist has to drop everything and run to the bus and pick you up. I arrived at 9 at night the person had no interpersonal skills whatever.
