Pros:Good location reasonable rates. Convenient to Copenhagen airport,
Pros:Bed was comfortable, and they are very inclusive about food and allergy issues. Very yummy and diverse breakfast spread--they even had soy yogurt!
Cons:The room I was given had almost non-existent wifi reception, and when I asked for another room, I was given a speech about how, "they don't normally do this, but in this case they would make an exception." When it's 3am, and I've been traveling all day, I don't need to be guilted into accepting that they are going to switch rooms for me. Either say yes or no. Either all your rooms have basic wifi access, or they don't. I also wish that they had mentioned the down comforters and hypo-allergenic options before I entered my room. By the time I realized I could switch it out, I was already half-asleep for the second time of the night.
