Nice lounge area and seating area by pool bar
The bathroom was already looking grubby due to limescale not being adequately cleaned away. Breakfast was a bit chaotic big queues to get tea & coffee, however variety of food good.

The Hotel was ok, because it was clean and our room was comfortable.
The pool area is pretty ugly and has not much in common with the picture you will find in booking. From the pool area you cannot see the sea. You are in a closed area between high, ugly buildings. The way from the hotel to the beach is short but also pretty ugly as you go through a back door for which you always need your room key to open it and than you go through the backyard of some Asian stores which are not only ugly but also dirty. Service during breakfast is not existent. Tables get not cleaned and you can see guests cleaning the tables themselves because they cannot find a table without any leftovers from pervious guests. I will never ever go to this hotel again! A clean room is not the only thing you need for a nice vacation. But it’s all this hotel can offer you.

Incredible choice at breakfast... beautifully presented with a great range of choice and fantastic produce...the bed and pillows were the most comfortable I've ever slept on
I had previously messaged and said it was a big anniversary I was celebrating...I had asked for a small token in the room or a recommendation for something nice in the room to mark the celebration...I was assured this was possible...on arrival to my huge disappointment they had forgotten...there was nothing in the room...this was going to be a surprise for my husband...I was very disappointed...I brought to attention of staff at reception and they weren't even interested...was sad at they way they handled it to be honest

The food was excellent, the beds were really comfortable. Great balcony with an excellent Seaview . All in all a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel.
Couldn't really fault anything.
