Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, often highlighting its proximity to the beach and local attractions. Many reviewers also complimented the friendly and helpful staff, with several individual employees mentioned for their outstanding service. However, cleanliness was a recurring issue, with multiple guests reporting dirty rooms, outdated facilities, and maintenance problems. Opinions on breakfast were mixed, with some finding it adequate and others considering it lacking. Room size was also a point of dissatisfaction for some guests, who found the accommodations smaller than expected. Overall, while the location and service stood out positively, improvements in cleanliness and room quality are needed.AI-generated from customer reviews
