terrible food! room had a weird smell

was clean place to stay rooms are nice !

no entertainment was many groups of 50 at a time coming back to hotel at 5 or 6am in morning drunk banging room doors !

I did not like the food as everyone staying at the time said the same. I complained the soup was the same for 6 days vegetable every day!!!! I did not like the dining room staff but everything else was wonderful, dining room has let the hotel down.

The salad bar was fine.

The hot food was always cold. The pool bar food was absolutely disgusting.

The size of the room / restroom is perfect, clening is really 4*. Small but nice & clean pool. The food is fabulous (we had hb) ... varios & quality .... 4* :-). Overall I shold rate the hotel insteed of 4* , only with 3*+

Who coordinate the remake of the hotel in 2007 really doesn't cares about the details on the quality of finishings (ex. the cermaics in the restroom, reception (which is really ugly), balcony, decoration of the corridors etc. Poor child entertainment possibility ... almsot zero (exist a small & nice pool for childs but the water there is cold as ice). The halfboard at dinner is really exagerated because you have to pay even for a glass of water :-( and a few of the restaurant personell is really "hunting" you to catch you > if you take something to drink, immediately overcharge you with 2,5 eur. One of them, javier, want it to charge me with this ammount because I gived to my 4,5 years old child, to drink from my own water.
