Disgusting and disappointed- bed bug alert
Cold water in lobby!
The rooms were not anything like the Days Inn we’ve stayed at in the past. We stayed here the night before our wedding. My daughter (age 12) and my two sisters stayed with me. The television didn’t work properly, only two channels came. The first channel was 14, and to say it was t family oriented content is an understatement. I called the desk and spoke with Ganesh. He told me the manager would call me in the morning, but he never did. The next day we booked again for convenience. Unfortunately, it just kept getting worse. They did t reserve the same room so we had to retrieve our items from the front desk upon arrival. Our wedding party had to book elsewhere because they cancelled their reservations, as well. We were promised adjoining rooms. This never happened. We were given a room that was dirty. The stand alone lamp fell on me as soon as I turned it in. It was broken at the base. I gathered my belongings to set up for a shower, and the knob fell off in my hand. We asked for another room & they did give us a different room because the “new” room didn’t have a balcony as we were also promised. We went from room 225 to 103. The next morning as I’m checking out, There’s a lady at the front desk screaming at the attendant. After a few minutes she showed the clerk and maintenance worker a bed bug wrapped in a Mickey Mouse napkin. She had her child’s party there. The room she rented was 225. I’m glad we asked for a different room, and though there weren’t any visible signs of bugs in room 103, the first floor did appear to be slightly cleaner than the second floor. I used the restroom near the lobby prior to departure, and it was nearly squalor. Tiles falling out of the wall. Dingy, dirty, abs lacking of basic maintenance. I can not believe Wyndham or Days Inn has any association with this establishment. I’m disappointed & disgusted. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Please spend your money elsewhere.
the pool water was brown, the room had a bad smell to them, customers service was nasty the breakfast was awful
Nasty stained mattress, bed bugs
Unable to control heat in room due to faulty controls, staff unwilling to address problem. Moldy shower, chipped pieces of plastic in shower. Shower curtain rod broken and unusable. Odor in hallway unbearable. Staff very nonchalant about issues and unwilling to address complaints.

old facility in fair repair. every thing seems worn out. i will not be going back there when i come to madison heights. i had hoped to get a bargain for $50 a night but it was warm, and had a bath and shower. the shower diverter valve did not work.,
Birthday well deserved
I rented my room for my birthday and I am so happy I did.
With it being a jacuzzi suite there should have been more towels.
Good hotel but bad housekeeping
I like that fact that check out was at 12noon and the breakfast they served in the morning and the in door pool
That my room was dirty and my towels was not clean
