Pros (+) The view is wonderful and hotel was clean and cozy
Cons (-) I didn't like the fact that we were charged 100$ for a massage in an awful spa! False advertising as a 5star when they are a three star hotel maximum! Our massages we later found out were given by the gardener and the housekeeper! I'd like to file a complaint as when I said we were unsatisfied, the front desk manager just shrugged her shoulders and offered us nothing.
