Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests were highly impressed with the hotel's service, often describing staff as attentive, friendly, and helpful, with special mentions for front desk staff and thoughtful gestures like room upgrades and birthday cakes. Many also appreciated the spacious and comfortable rooms, as well as the hotel's excellent location. However, some guests reported negative experiences, particularly with delayed check-ins, unprofessional service, and cleanliness issues, especially regarding smoke smells in non-smoking rooms. Overall, the positives centered on service, room comfort, and location, though some improvements are needed in service consistency and cleanliness.AI-generated from customer reviews
