Breakfast had excellent choice, was of good quality and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful... had a lake facing balcony room which could not be beaten. Hotel location of is one of the best in Lugano for transport, shops and retaurants. All of the hotel staff were attentive and kind and made this one of the most pleasant hotel holidays we have had in Europe in the last 50 years.
Maybe a different brand of the filter coffee at breakfast would improve the flavour....that's it! Everything else was perfect.

We had room with balcony and lake view, we liked to sit there to see the visitors. Please remember to ask hotel to give you the transpotation card, it is convenient to take bus to see the city. the bus #4 can arrive railway station. The breakfast was good, they offered a lot of fruits. Coops supermarket is behind of hotel.
