Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's spectacular location by Lake Lucerne, with beautiful views and convenient access to transportation. The staff received high marks for their friendliness, professionalism, and helpfulness, making guests feel welcome and cared for. Cleanliness and spaciousness of the rooms were frequently mentioned as positives, as was the quality of the breakfast. However, a few guests noted issues with noise, particularly from renovations and room acoustics, and some mentioned the hotel being a bit far from the town center. Overall, the positive experiences far outweighed the negatives, making this hotel highly recommended by most reviewers.

Pros (+) Super great view of mountain and lake. Ice mountain is super awesome.
Cons (-) Should add seahotel at the hotel sign. The name shows in booking.com has seahotel but not at the hotel sign make customer confuse.
