Car hire at Lublin Airport

It's possible to hire a car at the airport without using a credit card, but it's generally better to use a credit card. Debit cards are accepted, but you'll need to have enough money on the card to pay for your full car hire and the deposit required to secure the car. Bear in mind, that you will not be able to get a car hire at the airport if you don't have a card of some sort. Cash will not be accepted. You also cannot use someone else's credit or debit card if they aren't present with you.

Lublin Airport is home to several international and local car hire companies that operate out of the Arrivals hall in the airport. Once you've arrived at the airport, make your way through the luggage claim area and into the Arrivals hall. AVIS, Budget and Europcar desks are a couple of steps away from the luggage claim exit and offer a wide range of choices to suit your needs. Once you've handed over the paperwork and been given the keys, an employee will escort you to the airport parking garage, where you'll go through the final inspection and be on your way.

Unfortunately, there isn't a dedicated car hire centre at Lublin Airport, so once you leave the terminal to get to your car, there won't be any facilities available. You will, however, have access to all of the amenities at the airport. If you need to grab a bite to eat, head over to one of the food kiosks. Make sure you use the ATMs or currency exchange services to get cash in hand and head to the bathroom before leaving the airport and heading to your car hire.
