Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel's convenient location and, in some cases, the friendliness of the staff. However, many reviews expressed dissatisfaction with the cleanliness of rooms and facilities, citing dirty bedding, unclean bathrooms, and unpleasant odors. Service was also a common concern, with several guests reporting rude or unhelpful front desk staff and reservation issues. Breakfast received mixed feedback, with some guests enjoying it and others finding it mediocre. Bed comfort was mentioned as average, with both positive and negative experiences. Overall, while the location and occasional good service were highlights, cleanliness and service issues were significant drawbacks for many guests.
