Some found the beds comfortable and appreciated the affordable price and responsive staff. However, many reviews highlighted significant cleanliness issues, with complaints about dirty bathrooms, musty smells, and lack of privacy. Safety concerns and the presence of long-term or questionable guests were also mentioned. Service was mixed, with some finding staff helpful and others citing poor communication or unresponsiveness. Overall, the location stands out as the main positive aspect, but cleanliness and atmosphere need improvement.
