Pros (+) We got this hotel because we are college kids on a roadtrip. It was cheap and close to santa monica beach and venice beach. The reviews we read said that they didnt have hot water but we did. Despite the bad things, they are making an effort to be a better hotel.
Cons (-) No toilet paper, dirty floors, cigarette smell in the room, sketchy neighbors, cigarette burns on the sheets. Two rooms had bed bugs according to a sticky note on the receptionist's window. Oh did i mention the gunshots at 2am? It was also really hard to get parking. Pretty sure i saw some drug dealers sleeping in their car and selling to hotel guests.
