Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests were dissatisfied with their stay, citing issues such as poor cleanliness, broken amenities, unhelpful or rude service, and problems with room conditions and safety. However, a few guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location near public transport and downtown, as well as its affordable pricing compared to other hotels in the area. Some guests also mentioned easy check-in and friendly staff, but these were less common. Overall, the negatives outweighed the positives in the majority of reviews.
