Pros (+) Great location just 20 yards from Balham tube station, even if you have to step over homeless people to get there. Lots of restaurants and shops just steps away.
Cons (-) Room was tiny - no luggage rack, no dresser. Stifling hot, no fresh air, and it was cold outside. Windows don’t open.
