Breakfast was good. Decent quality food. You do your own toast too, which I always prefer, then it's hot when you get it. For the price you get WiFi, parking, easy access to London, and a decent breakfast. If you look at it for the price you're paying it's great.
The door entering the room hits on the desk. I don't know if it's the same on all rooms, but it does restrict you a bit getting in and out of the room. Would be especially difficult if you're someone who struggles with mobility.
Staff was friendly
The tiles was chipped as you enter the bathroom my four year old cut her toe, the toilet was in such a weird angle The wallpapers were coming off and the noise outside the car park woke my child up at 2am
Breakfast option was few but good enough for the price.
My room was adjacent to their inventory room. The window is clear glass. So basically that room has no privacy. There was a very bad smell coming from the toilet all the time. Water pressure in the shower is too bad. There are no plugs around the bed. only two plugs available in the whole room and that's near the door.
He he he
The breakfast was good but they should learn how to fry their own mushrooms rather than taking it out of the tin. It's good for a cheap stay in London.
The staff are obviously not born or raised in Britain, no problem in that but I just wish the woman at the reception would learn to smile and be more hospitable to customers rather than pulling a sour face all the time and getting grumpy when we interrupt her screen time by asking for basic service. This part of London has no or lack of English natives, and I was spat on in the street by an Arab looking man. Britain has a problem with integration and these multicultural values are fine but these people need to learn some British manners and not live in their cultural enclaves all the time.
