Clean , and up market facilities, welcoming staff great atmosphere Will be back Harriett
Comfy bed, clean
The shower was awful. Could only get it hot on the smaller shower head and then the bigger one would just constantly drip cold water whilst showering. Not nice! Also didn’t like the sliding door to the bathroom with no lock and gaps down the side. Staff were not the friendliest. Most of the time sat in the bar area on their laptops. If service was needed they would leave begrudgingly. We were’t asked for any feedback when we checked out. All very strange.
location to the hospital was good. in a quiet area.
a restaurant and more comfortable bar area would have been nice
The hotel was beautiful. Extremely nice aesthetic and wonderfully kept. Impeccably clean throughout. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Our room was comfy and clean, with good facilities - and very warm. The bathroom was small but attractive and well maintained. The "Living Room" was astoundingly pretty and comfortable. A romantic, relaxing oasis in the heart of London. I'd stay there all day if I could!
The food served is not cooked there - only reheated from their catering company. It was mostly okay, but not great. No cocktails were available beyond rum & coke or gin & tonic, even in Happy Hour. Possibly a bit short-staffed. We never had to wait for more than a couple of minutes but the staff seemed perpetually rushed around. Great staff they were, however. The toilet in the room was extraordinarily high! That might sound odd, but I'm of average height and I had to sit with my toes just barely touching the ground.
Lovely stay, very comfortable.
