Kew Gardens Hotel is my Go-To hotel in London, whether I'm alone or with my wife. We love it here for so many reasons. First, and most importantly, is the staff. Helpful, outgoing, and knowledgeable. They are the best. Second, it is convenient. I normally fly into & out of Heathrow. I easy Underground ride to a quiet neighborhood, and then a five minute walk from Tube station to hotel. District Line gets me downtown and I'm not paying downtown prices. Breakfast is always great, but I especially like their pub. Cask ales and great food. Unless I have a dinner meeting somewhere else, I take all my evening meals here--it's like eating at home, with family.
Nothing at all.
Great breakfast good staff
Friendly staff , helpful . Excellent location . Pleasant bar ,good menu and food/Sunday roast.
Double glazed window as drafty. No lift - problem for elderly carrying bags .
great customer service. family feel.
Excellent location for our trip to the Rugby at Twickenham. Comfortable room, very good breakfast, friendly helpful staff. Good bar with a very good range of beers. Very good evening meal at the hotel.
Noisy window frame on a blustery night. Under the Heathrow flight path may cause nuisance to some.
