Hotel Acacias Suites & Spa

Zoryana (from the reception) was friendly - We arrived earlier with an hour and a half and We were able to get into the room (it was already ready), comfortable bed, clean (especially the bathroom, it is a good cleaning indicator), good air condition, the hotel is well located for the beach and night activities

The room was smaller than others (214), the balcony is less than 1m wide, the vent from the dryer was fixed under our balcony, the fridge is not working proberly, the lack of a bigger hanger (if you stay 1 week things becomes problematic), there is only one iron (you can wait for days if you want to use in case if someone else uses it), the coffee machine too old (try something better), after breakfast we were not allowed to smoke on the terrace (under the pretext that the boss is there), the card was deactivated before (in the conditions in which we had late check out). Small details that can be avoided if someone really wants to improve their services :)
