Mas Sant Marc - Puigcerdà - Bedroom
9,1 Excellent (600 reviews)
R1 412+
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The buffet breakfast was very copious with especially good yoghurt and marvellous croissants. The evening meals were very sensibly priced, with unusual and delicious dishes. The house red wine was very good too.
Cons: Nothing to say as all was perfect.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very tranquil, beautifully presented and great facilities. We had such a relaxing time here, a real slice of luxury. The breakfasts were amazing as was the food in the restaurant. Yolanda and co were very kind and attentive hosts. We also enjoyed a very relaxing message which again comes highly recommended! This place is as beautiful as the pictures, only downside was that we couldn't stay longer.
Cons: Nothing
5,8 Okay
Cons: Breakfast! Not ready at 8.15 a.m., bread frozen - NO FRESH BREAD OR ROLLS - and service haphazard. Not good enough at 12.50 euros each.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful countryside environment.
Cons: Location out of the way, you need a car to go there.
7,5 Good
Pros: Croissants-excellent. Bed was comfy with a great comforter. Director was very friendly and helpful, made us feel very welcome.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly host. Wonderful breakfast. Peaceful setting. Great room with comfortable bed and lovely shower.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: This very lovely family establishment is located very nearby the town Puigcerdà, and also far enough from the crowds and exhaustion of it. But i have to say this is the least of it, just nearby a very nice stables with beautiful horses, a golf course, has a fair enough big pool with a nice lawn, you can take bikes and see around. What else to say, oh of course a nice restaurant and friendly staff. In the morning nice breeze and humming of the trees. Very dog friendly, we were very sorry we didnt bring kidogs here, normally pet friendly hotels are not like here , this one is a real gem for pet parents. Ok in short i m in love with tihs hotel. Last but bot the least i very much liked the hand soap :)
Cons: As a Turkish breakfast addict, unfortunately small hotels never meet my breakfast ideas. But this will not stop me to come back.

The cozy and pleasant Spa, world of natural elements for relaxation and awakening of the senses, complements the possibilities of relaxation in such idyllic surroundings. Anoutstanding collection of luxury and comfort, with a privileged location in the center of the capital of the Cerdanya. A dream come true.
7,9 Good
Pros: The location was stunning. The little rooms are separate from the main building and it feels like a little house.
Cons: The bed wasn’t confortable enough.
3,0 Mediocre
Cons: Extremely disappointing room on first floor, had a glass door and all windows , each time you enter the room you enter in the curtain and battle with it and you cannot open it otherwise everybody see in, no window to open at all, brief it feel claustrophobe very disappointing. All look good from the exterior. SPA run down, jacuzzi cold, floor slippery I almost fell twice and the wood floor is run down there are even holes and uneven . the light switch off after a while and unless somebody get out of the jacuzzi it doesn't come back. I ask for a room upstair and they say it wasn't possible the hotel wasn't full. Only good thing bed comfortable.
7,0 Good
Cons: The hotel charged €19 per person for breakfast which seems expensive. The hotel charged €17 for parking in their basement, which was annoying as you could not park in the street.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff I met didn’t speak English and that’s all I do, but they were kind and helpful, and everything sorted out just fine!
8,0 Excellent
Pros: This is a very good little hotel, only 5 minutes (uphill!) walk from the main centre of Puigcerda. The rooms were simple, but had all the facilities you'd need for a short stay where you're not spending a lot of time in the room. The downstairs bar was popular with locals and visitors and it's great value for money in a pretty town
Cons: They could do with employing two people downstairs - one to run the bar/food and the other to do the hotel check in/out. But it's a minor complaint - overall, it's a very good place to stay..... Premier Inn standard and value in the mountains !
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very helpful staff. Very good location - close to train station and coach station and just 5 mins walk to city center.
Cons: Maybe a noise from street at a Friday morning
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Clean room with comfortable bed and balcony,, staff friendly and polite.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was small but perfect. Coffee was good, all sorts of milk, unbelievable bread... Rooms were small but very well organized. Bathroom great. In front of the hotel a small playground perfect for kids. And then you take an elevator (or stairs if it does not work) and brings you to the top of the mountain, where the Puigcerdà little town resides. Amazing town. Must visit. Probably one of the most beautiful towns in Catalonia, specially on Christmas time.
Cons: The elevator to the top of the mountain was not working, so we had to take the stairs. Everything in the hotel was great, nothing that I didnt like.

Pros: Location a bit out of town. Hotel does not have its own pool but have disounted access to the leasure centre publc pool next door. Staff were super friendly. Hotel is more of a youth hostel. We were the only guests there, but the next day a junior football team was arriving. facilities are modern and clean.
Cons: No coffee in room, breakfast was not possible for the 6 of us.
7,1 Good
Pros: Nice location and a very helpful friendly staff.

Pros: I like that there are a lot facilities for the kids. If you go with kids it is great. I like the swimming pool which csn be closed. If it is cold you can still swim.
Cons: It is not very clean, room was full of hairs. Especially in the bathroom. I asked to clean extra. This was done but only the bathroom was cleaned, the room not. And in the morning i found a lot of hairs and dust in room. On the floor etc. We also found underwear of the previous guests. Cleaning team cleaned the room but didn't find the underwear and left it in in the bathroom. This obviously needs to improve.

R1 469+

7,5 Good
Pros: The public areas of the hotel are most spacious. The hotel and rooms were impeccably clean.
Cons: The restaurant staff did not provide correct customer service during breakfast. They would not permit clients to sit at tables near the window unless your party was made up of the ¨correct¨ number. They had a table set up for 4, but would not allow a party of 3 to use that table. A group of 8 were told they could not sit at two adjacent tables of 4, as one of those tables had been set for 2 people. They were told to sit at 2 tables that were separated by other tables. I found this policy quite bizarre. I found the lighting in the rooms to be very poor.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: We were on motorcycles. Nice roof for parking the bikes. Located across from gas station at entrance to town.
Cons: Can't remember anything negative.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Great facilities easy to find just off the road. Pool and green spaces to chill and stare at the mountains. Goid breakfast and parking. Room spacious and clean.
Cons: The rooms could benefit from air con. If your room overlooks the pool there is traffic noise if the windows are left open.
6,3 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: Beds uncomfortable, service very bad.
7,9 Good
Pros: Location. Big pool Location All rooms mounting view. Location Staff were lovely. Did I mention location
Cons: To be honest very little to dislike. It's a 70s hotel so no air con. But otherwise it was great
