Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to explore the city on foot and access local attractions. The staff, especially at reception, were frequently described as friendly, helpful, and accommodating, enhancing the overall guest experience. Cleanliness and the charming decor of the rooms were also highlighted as positives. However, several guests noted issues such as the lack of breakfast options, non-functioning elevator, and occasional discomfort with the beds. Despite these drawbacks, the positive aspects of location, service, and cleanliness stood out in the majority of reviews.
