The hotel is situated close to the Cath and has plenty of on street parking plus limited car park. The staff are lovely and try to help with anything you may need. Breakfast was lovely freshly cooked to order and plentyful. Bed was comfortable so good quality sleep.
The hotel looks tired yet has so much potential, floorboards very squeeky, toilet in my room had been leaking for sometime looking at the stains on the flooring around the base of it but everything was very clean. Just wish it had mentioned inn the hotel write up the breakfast room was down multiple steep stairs as they could be difficult for those with mobility issues or young children
Very convenient for the centre of Lincoln. They had availability for what is a normally a very busy week. The staff we met (very nice lady) was particularly friendly and a real asset to the hotel. The breakfast was excellent.
The room was a little cramped (but just about adequate) as it was on the top floor in the eaves. The room including the bathroom felt like it needed a really good clean. We were looking for any power points as they were a bit limited so moved a couple of bedside tables to see if there were any behind but just found thick dust an an old plastic cup.
Bed a bit too soft, but it depends on what you’re used to.
Hotel was a short walk to the cathedral and town , breakfast was very good and service with a smile.
It would have been good to have an information pack in bedroom explaining all facilities within hotel and surrounding areas this would have helped our stay overnight.
The bEd was very comfy and room very pleasing and quiet. Ideal position for visiting the cathedral and seeing the roman remains. Great choice of restaurants: would recommend Duke William at Bailgate, Lincoln.
We were lucky to get parking at the hotel.
