Pros (+) Staff very friendly and accommodating. Rooms clean and comfortable. Food was delicious and plentiful. Huge facility would be great for business meetings or seminars. Large, well equipped fitness center. Beautiful surroundings with small pond and botanical garden. Convenient to shopping and transportation. Casino is small, but a lot of fun.
Cons (-) Problems with computer systems and credit card payments. Had I not known something about the subject (how card readers work and what happens when paper runs out in printer) I may have been forced to go to the bank and get cash. Manager seemed preoccupied and indifferent when confronted with he problem and was the only one on staff not focused on the quality of my experience.
