Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, which allows easy access to city attractions. However, reviews overwhelmingly criticize the cleanliness of both rooms and common areas, with frequent mentions of dirty linens, towels, and bathrooms. Service is described as unhelpful or unfriendly, and several guests experienced issues with communication and staff availability. Many also found the beds uncomfortable and the breakfast offering disappointing, often consisting of vouchers for nearby cafés or fast food rather than an on-site meal. Overall, while the location is a highlight, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, service, and amenities.
