Pros (+) I liked the bed & pillows- quite comfy. The breakfast was ok. I wish there had been a few more options of food. Maybe some oatmeal or yogurt.
Cons (-) It was falsely advertised. When I booked, I picked the room with a queen bed & jacuzzi tub. There was no jacuzzi tub & when I called about it, the staff offered no solution. The mirrored closet door was faulty, it almost fell on me when I opened it. It was quite scary & very heavy too. At least the door was repaired quickly. Pros (+) Awesome location. Good sized room. New tv. Good water pressure and heat in the shower. The housekeepers did a wonderful job. I was sick and went through a lot of tissues that they kept refilling every day. Breakfast was decent but it’s a little less options than some hotels I have stayed at.
