Pros:The bed was super comfortable and not broken down like a lot of places. Breakfast was good. Location is the biggest plus.
Cons:Staff was not accommodating at all. Must use valet parking. Bathrooms are tiny and poorly lit. TV didn’t work the entire stay and no one could fix it.

Pros:Breakfast room service ordering was awesome (ordered night before with a flyer on the door) Old hotel...but was great. Lobby was awesome. Staff was very helpful with valet service and holding luggage. Very friendly.

Pros:Great historic hotel
Cons:This is a great historic hotel and is the perfect location for walking to shops and restaurants in Lawrence. I have stayed in this hotel twice now and have been impressed with the cleanliness, comfortable bed and great staff. The restaurant downstairs is excellent as well. The only negative is that the air conditioner is extremely noisy. The ones with wall units (in the back rooms) never seem to be quite comfortable and have noisier AC systems than the rooms facing the street. This hotel is apparently also famous for its ghosts, so it's possible that your air conditioner will not be the only thing that goes bump in the night. Certain parts of the hotel do feel a bit creepy, especially the elevator. I would definitely stay there again, but I would probably not do so alone.

Pros:The Eldridge Hotel was beautiful! The hotel maintained it's old charm while also being modern and beautiul. The room was pleasant and quiet. The bed was absolutely wonderful! Valet service was inexpensive ($10 a day) and very efficient. I enjoyed being so close to everything downtown, and the service all over the hotl was impeccable.
Cons:I enjoyed my whole experience there. I have no complaints.
