The bar/restaurants, the spa area, the staff, the size of the room and the view.
The room was old, not up to date with latest basic equipment (e.g. USB plug). Not enough value for the money

Great doormen and friendly staff. Very good breakfast selection.
The room was run-down. I expected a more modern and newer furniture for this kind of price/hotel category. I pulled the drawer and it fell down nearly hurting my feet. The metal bar that holds the hanger also fell as I placed my hanger on it, nearly hurting me. It was dangerous.
