Summary of reviews

Guests say
Overall, guests appreciate the hotel's friendly and accommodating staff, convenient location, spacious rooms, and enjoyable pool area. Many reviews highlight the resort's charming and historic atmosphere, as well as the variety of activities available. Breakfast and food options are generally well-received, though some guests mention inconsistency. However, several reviews note that the rooms and facilities are dated and in need of renovation, and there are concerns about cleanliness, maintenance, and the condition of the mini zoo. Despite these issues, the positive aspects of service, ambiance, and amenities make for a pleasant stay for most visitors.
