Booked reservations 2 months in advance and got to the hotel only to be told they over booked and had no rooms. The employee was not at all willing to help us find another place to stay. Also they charge either $20 or $30 extra per day if you booked with a third party (ex hotels.com). I would not recommend the Baymont in Lakeland Florida to anyone.

Cons (-) Had to be moved because of mold. Next room had cockroaches and dead flies in the fridge. 2nd floor had a pot smoking incident that the staff did nothing about. Cards stoped working twice in just two nights. Staff was not at front desk for almost an hour while requesting new cards. No reimbursement for any problems experienced

Pros (+) It was cheap
Cons (-) It wasn't that clean, the beds were so uncomfortable, the staff was a little rude. It's good if you're only staying for a night but when you stay for more days, it's horrible. I do not recommend it for people that are clean freaks (like me)

Pros (+) The room was clean. The room was excellent for the price we paid. We didn't have any bath towels. However, the clerk at the front desk immediately gave us towels. She apologized for the inconvenience. The hotel was very quiet. WIFI had a strong signal. The lady that was serving the breakfast was so helpful.
