Pros (+) Friendly desk staff and the room was tidy and comfortable. Great coffee in the room
Cons (-) Through no fault of the hotels I had to listen to a drunk woman that laughed like a hyena until the wee hours of the morning. I had my revenge by blasting Johnny cash’s ring of fire at 8am though on repeat.

Pros (+) Everything was perfect. Very polite and helpful staff and the room was awesome.
Cons (-) Would of enjoyed real eggs and sausages rather then processed.

Pros (+) The location can't be beat - there aren't many lodging options in Lake Louise but this one is right across the street from the main village/visitor's center. The hot tub was big and jets were powerful (kind of heavy on the chlorine though) and not frequently used. Parking was extremely easy. Breakfast was ok - very carb heavy and fruits were canned.
