Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the convenient location and the pool. However, many reviews expressed strong dissatisfaction with the hotel's cleanliness, citing dirty rooms, mold, dust, and unpleasant odors. Some guests also mentioned issues with amenities such as the breakfast, which was considered average, and occasional maintenance problems like broken doors or showers. Overall, while the service and location were appreciated, cleanliness was a major concern for most guests.

Hotel was very dirty. Lobby looked like it had not been cleaned or vacuumed. Bathroom in room had hair in shower. Room had not been vacuumed and smelled musty. Staff was very unfriendly and was standing outside doors smoking every time we left the hotel. Would not recommend hotel on your site. Very bad experience.

Pros (+) Close to where I needed to be in the morning and off the freeway. Friendly staff. There were some updates to the bathroom and floors recently that definitely made the room feel cleaner. Housekeeping does a good job keeping the place feeling fresher considering the older feel of the room from what hadn't been updated and for a Super 8 off of the freeway.
Cons (-) Thin walls and hearing the music, people and the bathroom of the adjacent room. Beds are not comfortable.

Pros (+) The rooms were tidy and clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely stay there again. We've stayed there before but its been a few years. Some up-dating has been done, new hall carpet, bathrooms. It is nice. Oh - the fridge in the room was fantastic! It was a bit larger than the dorm room size and was perfect for our drinks. Also, the TV was great.
Cons (-) I wish the "breakfast" hours were a bit longer. I guess you can't have everything.
