Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel's excellent location, noting its proximity to major attractions, event venues, and public transport, which makes sightseeing and attending events very convenient. Cleanliness receives mixed feedback, with some guests finding rooms and facilities tidy and comfortable, while others mention issues like musty odors or lack of freshness in bedding. Service is also mixed, with some guests appreciating helpful staff, especially with luggage, while others report unhelpful or unfriendly interactions.
