We have stayed at this hotel three times, the first time 30 years ago! It is simple and practical, the staff are friendly and helpful and it is in a great location.It may not be fancy but it is clean and has a certain charm.
Japanese-style rooms are better than Western-style rooms which are functional but a bit tired and could do with redecorating.
