Guests consistently praise the hotel's convenient location near tourist attractions and the waterfront, as well as the friendly and helpful staff. Many found the rooms to be spacious and comfortable. However, there were repeated complaints about cleanliness, with some guests noting issues like dirty rooms, old facilities, and maintenance problems in the bathrooms.
