Cons: Upon check in, they could not find my reservation until I produced my confirmation number. Only 1 lift was working up to the rooms. My 1st room TV only had 1 channel which was had very bad reception. I was told by the maintenance officer that I had no choice as they're doing something to their system. My second room had no hot water, I had to insist later for the reception to give me another room. They gave me another room, but the room had cigarettes smoke smell, was so strong, although it was a non smoking room! Later in the evening, my 1st room also had no hot water, but I only requested to change room the next morning cuz we had a late night. Second day, I had my second room changed to a room with good hot water, but still the TV had only one bad channel. I had to live with that condition with my two children for the rest of the evening! Swimming pool not really clean, with sand inside. No towels facilities and surrounding not clean. Rubbish scattered. Check out day, lifts wasn't working... Both lifts!!

Pros: Lots of parking lot

Cons: Ur maintenance seems bad

Pros: spacious room. If everything goes well, i recommend this hotel. Sports complex next to the hotel where you can go for bowling

Cons: Aircond not working (serviced when checked in but later no longer cold - i guess the gas leaked) TV: only two channel working but barely viewed (weak signal) toilet: missing hose and the lightbulb burnt out, have to call maintenance guy. And sadly, hot water not working
